Life Is Hard And That Is Okay

To go trough life without any form for problems or illness is a mental illusion.
The fact is that life is hard and we have to accept this fact.
Once you accept it, it is easier to deal with the problems. 
I could hardly walk when i got up this morning and my body moves very slow.
I had breakfast and coffee and thought about the day.
I will make the best out of it, even though i dont function so good as i once did.
I accept the fact that i have problems of the medication i take and i have to go off them this autumn.
I am waiting for medical free treatment and while i wait i try to look for hope and happiness.
It was found in a good breakfast and a cup of coffee.
Accepting that life is hard.
I have done housework and is washing clothes.
I will have visits of friends later on in the day and i look forward to that.
There happens a lot even in a peaceful life and the acceptance of a hard life make you're reality so clear that you can deal with the problems in a good way.
It is popular psychology that has lead us into a believe in a life without suffering.
The honest truth is that we face illness and suffering during our life, in ourselves or in someone close to us.
The solution is to hold on no matter what and find light in the darkness and be up for that you can experience that you are stronger than you first thought.
