I met this young man at the start at my walk. He was kind and in good spirit these times. He was the coolest young man in the city of Aalesund today.
I walked down by the sea and needed a break for my isolation. I have not infected coronavirus of keeping distanse and keep my housing clean.
It is new times these days but it can be done to something positive with using you're creativity in what to do. I myself paint, write, walk and photograph for my blogg.
I had good laughs in the city.
The boat people has started the season and it was good to see.
I could use a day out on the ocean myself soon.
A fishing boat was by the dock and it was positive to see.
It uses to be a lot more boats in the dock.
I know that a lot is different these days.
The islands around Aalesund was beautiful today.
I myself come from one of these islands but lives in the city of Aalesund in Norway now.
I have a better life here in the city and take more care for myself.
Sometimes changes is a good thing.
It can be created something positive out of nearly anything happening if we are willing to try.
It is " Harmony Day " today and i have been in harmony the whole day and have had a good spirit. Yesterday was a disaster for me. But i managed through. I went to sleep and slept for 13 hours and woke up to a happy and good mood.
There can be found miracles in a good night sleep.
