I have had one of those days i just want to forget about. I wish life always can be like you want to embrace every single second, but we are humans and things do happen to us.
I have fatigue of side effects of medication.
I had a good day until the afternoon. I went to the store and the library today and has read in a book by Isabell Allende " The house of the spirits. " It is a good book and i have seen the movie.
But after a while i got tired. So tired that i slept for two hours.
I found out when you have fatigue you have to be kind towards yourself to avoid that you not go into a depression. I just made good food and coffee and watched tv. I watched the Kardashians, something that i usually dont do, and it is a different life than me, and also a fact that i do not want a life like the Kardashians. Seen in a perspective i have a more real life for a person. I live on a farm with horses. It has been good weather today and i have stayed in good spirit of people i have met that has been nice and good to me.
Try to focus on the positive side of life when you are exhausted. The situation will not last a lifetime. There will come better parts in life.
Try to take a bath or a shower and have comfy clothes on.
Read, watch tv og talk to someone that understands you.
Eat healthy food and control the blood sugar.
Sleep, it is a luxury in sleeping and it helps the body to detox.
Watch funny videos to get a good laugh.
Call a friend and get the friend to visit you.
And when the fatigue goes over...just forget about it as fast as you can.
