Today i just had a good day, i am feeling great by using techniques from this book.
It is called : The Feeling Good Handbook.
It is by David D. Burns MD.
It explains easily the way a depression can be and how to get out of it. The book is worth all the money and i have used it for years.
Depression can go over by changing you're thoughts and you're habits.
In this book there is work to do to write down what is the reality for you in you're thinking.
I have also regulated my blood sugar by eating every third hour and it keeps me peaceful.
There is always a way out.
