A good advice to conquer mental illness is to read. It gives you mental gym. To read a good book is an experience for a lifetime.
Today i went to the library and borrowed three books for the summer reading.
One of them is " Dances with wolves " by Michael Blake.
The book is created into a movie with Kevin Costner in the 1990 `s if i dont remember wrong. The movie really got me, and i want to read the novel.
I also borrowed to novels of Isabel Allende.
I will have an relaxing time with reading and know that my brain shapes new all the time.
There is new brain cells all the time being created, so try to focus and read and not only sit for hours to think about you're solution on the mental illness.
Sometimes it is just to shift focus.
