Go Bananas :-)

I research on my low blood sugar and has found out that it has a high range of variety. I have to control what i eat and what is the best nutrition for me. I have found out that i get much better on a high intake of fruit. I read yesterday that blood sugar shall be between 8-10 before you go to bed. My blood sugar was 5.1 and i was not feeling at my best. I ate one banana. And i seldom eat before i go to bed, but this is a time of new habits and a change of lifestyle. The reaction on me eating a banana was nearly a miracle. I felt all peace and a good relaxation in the body and i slept well.
